Welcome to Betula, where the mood is set by a “je ne sais quoi” that will instantly feel like an extension of your home! It is a casual and chic restaurant with a warm and amicable atmosphere.
Betula occupies a second-floor space in Aspen's heart, offering guests a beautiful view of Ajax Mountain. The interior design recreates the relaxed Victorian style that predominates in Aspen, with a touch of modernity.
Betula offers our signature French Pan-American cuisine – a combination mastered by Chef Owner Laurent Cantineaux. He is known for his innovative cuisine, crafted with French techniques, and his experience in the Americas across the last 28 years.
Whether you’re a newcomer or a habitué, our staff feels familiar when you walk in. Our service is personalized with big smiles, led by General Manager Madeline Brown.
While not in Aspen, guests are invited to visit Betula’s sister restaurant in Saint Barth – Bonito Saint Barth. Locals and jetsetters alike have chosen both Bonito and Betula as must-see destinations.
